Book an appointment online simply and quickly.
You can use my Customer Portal to book appointments, view past and present appointments, view contracts, invoices and manage your dog's details.
I like to meet new customers and dogs to complete a pre appointment consultation. It is a time to meet and greet, discuss your groom requirements and desired style. I can meet your dog and assess your dog’s size, coat condition, weight and temperament. This allows me to correctly price your dog’s groom rather than apply a one price for all.
If you would like to pop in for a pre appointment consultation please book a consultation or contact me. An assessment can be completed on the day but prices are 'from', until an assesment has been completed.
I accept cash, all major debit & credit cards and Apple pay.
Payment for The Customer Loyalty Membership Plan is via standing order on a monthly basis.
You will receive automated appoitment booking confirmations by text/email along with appointment reminders (provided these details have been provided) 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
I do not currently have a cancellation policy in place. I like to think that we are all human and I appreciate that emergencies do happen.
Please provide 48 hours notice if you need to move or cancel your appointment. No shows who fail to provide prior communication and repeat late cancellations may be subject to a deposit upon rebooking.
